A few weeks before Christmas, I decided to hire a nutritionist. I was tired of my weight yo-yo-ing and not being able to consistently stay on track. I’ve had trainers, workout routines, the whole shebang...but what I was really missing was consistency in my day-to-day life.
Fast forward, I’m 6lbs down and I finally feel confident enough to workout again.
