When restaurants announced the reopening of indoor dining after a prolonged hiatus, important decisions had to be made. Which Michelin-awarded restaurants or sushi omakase were worth leaving the apartment for? First on the list is Blue Hill at Stone Barns, a scenic 90-minute drive out of the city.
