Sometimes we have to do what the patient wants first to convince them to do the rest of a case. This patient was unhappy with her last dentist because he gave her a 10k treatment plan and wanted to start with the root canals and crowns when her main concern was her front tooth. Once I fixed her front tooth with a resin veneer, she was thrilled with the results and had no qualms about doing the rest of my treatment plan (which was more than 10k).
