We celebrated the 10th anniversary of Radio Cherry Bombe last week with a fun, food-filled bash at jupiter.newyork’s new patio on the rink at rockefellercenter. ⁠ ⁠ The beautiful spread from Jupiter’s Chef Lucy Gibson (ludobaggins) included focaccia with cherry tomatoes & marjoram, zucchini trifolati, bresaola-wrapped kerrygoldusa Dubliner Cheese, and white endives filled with Kerrygold Cashel Blue Farmhouse Cheese & warm walnuts. There was also plenty of pasta—Jupiter’s specialty—including tortellini with squash blossoms & Kerrygold Butter and rigatoni al ragu di manzo with shaved Kerrygold Dubliner.⁠ ⁠ For dessert, we had an anniversary sheet cake filled with lemon curd, and homemade sorbet and cones (with cherries on top!) from Pastry Chef Fiona Thomas (fdbthomas).⁠ ⁠ Thank you to kerrygoldusa for supporting our event and for their years of supporting our podcast, and to the teams at Jupiter (clare.deboer, annie.h.shi, and jessieshad, we love you!) and Rockefeller Center.⁠ ⁠ 📸 by m...
