Those fail plan, plan to fail! Weekends are hard for everyone! Many spend so much time planning out their week but little effort in doing the same for weekends! If you find yourself always falling off track with your health goals over the weekend consider making a plan! Look at what you have going on and what events or activities will impact you. Consider taking food with you to the pool or ballpark. When will you have time to fit in a workout or walk and look ahead to the restaurant you might be visiting and see what your best options are! Pick one night to drink alcohol vs both. Try to get to bed and wake up at the same time as during the week and always make water a priority!
