Here’s the thing guys! I have worked as a dietitian in the field of weight loss nutrition for the past 20 years and I promise you, it’s is not your diet that is failing you, you are failing your diet!
Your need to do it perfect is failing you. Your need to make so many changes all at once is failing you. Your need to be super restrictive is failing you!
Basically your all or nothing mindset is failing you! So as you move into this new year I encourage you to put making a mindset shift at the top of your list!
I promise if you learn to live 80/20, if you work to drop the might as thinking (well had donuts for breakfast so might as well eat like an asshole all day) and always seeing the power of doing something, in 12 months you and your health will be a different person!
