"LEAN has been one of the most rewarding investments I could have ever done for myself! I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's at the end of January. I was overweight, thin hair, no menstrual cycle and had no idea where to start. I had followed Amanda for a long time and decided I was going to give LEAN a go.
