Instead of saying I don’t have time try saying it’s not a priority and see how that feels.
It is the hard truth! If it really matters to you, you will make the time!
And your health and wellness should be at the top of your priority list! How can you be the best employee, the best parent, the best friend when YOU are not your best?
You can’t period!
Here are some tips to MAKE time for the things that matter:
1) schedule it! We all love and die by our daily schedules, so make your health a part of that! Schedule your workouts, schedule your meal prep, schedule your self care, schedule your trips to the grocery. Schedule anything that leads to a healthier you!
