Complete each exercise for 50 seconds rest for ten! Four rounds total!
1) weighted jabs
2) weighted upper cuts
3) shoulder press with a torso twist
4) squat to a shoulder press
5) double back row
6) plank to toe tap

Side note, these videos are about two years old. I was MUCH LEANER then, about 21% body fat vs 25.5% now. Also important to note I weighed almost the same as I do now. This was at the end of a 8 week cut. Right before spring break.
A few things I have to say about this and it has taken me nearly 44 years to come to these realizations.
