Things I love about making mason jar salads!
1) I have full control over what’s in them! This helps manage my macros so much easier!
2) look at all that color which translate into so many different vitamins, minerals and fiber!
3) I control the protein and can put in exactly what I need!
4) I control the dressing which is always the biggest macro buster of most salads!
5) I make them all in Sunday and eat them all week! Makes healthy eating a breeze!
