Travel ball day two! I work with so many clients that have to learn how to stay on track with their health and wellness goals while navigating sports. Whether it is a long day at your local park or multiple days on the road this is a challenge! Check out my stories as I share how I am doing my very best while on the road. #1 tip! Plan ahead and come prepared. What will you drink? Lots of electrolyte water! What will you eat? Bring high protein snacks! Pack veggies and fruit to snack on. Look at restaurants ahead of time and find options with good protein! Grab a workout if you can and don’t skimp on your sleep! Bottom line, don’t completely throw in the towel and practice progress not perfection! It might not exactly 80/20 but 50/50 is better than 40/60! Do something!
