1 cup Lundberg Organic Long Grain White Riceā
1 ½ cup waterā
4 cups cherry tomatoes, wholeā
8oz. feta cheese, blockā
½ cup extra virgin olive oilā
½ cup basil, leaves, wholeā
1 Tbsp. garlic, slicedā
1 tsp. sea saltā
1 tsp. oregano, driedā
½ tsp. black pepperā
Sea salt to tasteā

PREPARATIONā
1. Add 1 cup of Lundberg Organic Long Grain White Rice and 1 ½ cup water to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover with a tight-fitting lid, reduce heat to a low simmer, and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, keep covered, and steam for an additional 10 minutes. Set aside.ā
