Link in bio & recipe below for easy-cheesy Creamy Vegetable Risotto 🌾🧀👇 ⁠ ⁠ INGREDIENTS ⁠ 1 box Lundberg Organic Creamy Parmesan Risotto ⁠ 4 oz. asparagus ⁠ ¼ cup red bell pepper, sliced ⁠ ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shaved ⁠ 2 tsp. chives ⁠ 2 tsp. olive oil ⁠ Sea salt to taste ⁠ ⁠ PREPARATION ⁠ 1. Follow cooking instructions on Lundberg Organic Creamy Parmesan Risotto. When finished, set aside. ⁠ 2. Add oil, asparagus, and red bell peppers to a small sauté pan on medium heat.
