INGREDIENTS:
1 (15 oz.) Can Chickpeas
1 Cup Frozen Spinach
1/3 Cup Cashews, Almonds, Sunflower Seeds (any nuts or seeds will work here)
¼ Cup Pesto (optional)
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Water
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 Cloves of Garlic, peeled
1 tsp Sea Salt
PREPARATION:
1. Add all ingredients except chickpeas in a food processor and puree until smooth.
