Our second John R. Paslaqua ’10 Memorial Awareness Day took place this morning and featured a presentation by Kevin Hines, an award-winning mental health and suicide prevention activist. At 19, Kevin attempted and survived a jump off the Golden Gate Bridge. Today, 20 years later, he travels the world to share his story, speaking about suicide prevention and mental health. Thank you to the Paslaqua family for helping us educate our boys on important topics while allowing us to honor John, who passed away tragically in 2017. And thank you to kevinhinesstory for addressing the importance of mental and emotional health. #ThisIsBrotherhood #BeHereTomorrow
