Easy Ice-Cream Cake 🍰 the quickest way to make an ice-cream cake and so tasty! You could really use any combo of icecream flavors for this as well.

Ingredients:
-1 package Sara Lee pound cake
-Neapolitan icecream
-cool whip or whipped cream
-chocolate shavings
-1 waffle cone, crushed
1. Slice the pound cake lengthwise into three pieces.
2. Place a piece of cling wrap into the cake tin and add the bottom layer of cake.
3. Add a layer of icecream, then place the second cake layer on top. Press down to flatten.
4. Place the final cake layer on top, wrap, then place into the freezer for 3-4 hours.
5. Top with whipped topping, chocolate shavings, and waffle cone pieces before slicing and serving.
