Today, meet Raul Vazquez '19: [What do you miss the most about home?] “My grandfather just got back from Ecuador last week and was immediately admitted into the hospital- we weren’t allowed to visit him in the emergency room for a few days. I definitely missed his cooking the most. He puts so much passion and love into his food. It just tastes so good, I don’t even know. It’s amazing. Not having his authentic Ecuadorian dinners made me realize how important family is. We all take the people closest to us for granted at some point in our lives, but they’re the people we lean on the most.
