LONG POST: I debated not posting this you guys. Because it is hard for me to look back a photos from even 5 months ago. But I'm also really proud. Life happens. Living in the fitness world your whole life does not make you immune to depression, anxiety, bad relationships. * This is just the beginning of my comeback. I'm going to be 30 next month and I could dwell on the fact that I went thru a divorce or that I gained all that weight or a number of other things. But I refuse. God has given me this body that has both endured a lot but is capable of some amazing things. I plan to push until I find the limits of what I can do. I will be better, faster and stronger than I've ever been. And I will continue to strive to be more patient, kind and loving to everyone around me. * While everyone sleeps, I'm working.
