The mlcseattleorcas, members of the mlcricketusa , welcomed Hemant Dua ‘06 as their new CEO just in time to kick off Major League Cricket’s second official season.  Dua brings over 25 years of experience within the sports and entertainment industry, with specific work experience in India. Dua most recently served as the managing director and CEO of Inspiranti Sports, a boutique sports consulting firm, and was the CEO of GMR Sports, which managed multiple Indian professional sports franchises. Dua was also the Director of Asia for Octagon for four years. As the new CEO of the Seattle Orcas, Dua will be instrumental in shaping the Seattle Orcas’ strategic vision, driving revenue and commercial opportunities, and spearheading efforts in growth, innovation, on-field success, and the expansion of cricket in the United States.
