Pink Pumpkin Cocoa Bomb ππ
Today it started snowing in PA so I thought it might be a good day for a mug of hot cocoa! π
Ingredients-
-Ghirardelli white chocolate wafers
-pink food coloring (oil based)
-hot chocolate powder
-mini marshmallows
-hot milk
Melt the white chocolate wafers in the microwave for 30 second bursts, stirring in between.
Add a few drops of the pink coloring and mix until well combined.
Pour a small amount of chocolate into your mold and spread it all over the cavity until it is fully coated. Place into the fridge to set, then repeat this step with second coat of chocolate.
Gently remove the chocolate from the mold and rub the edges of each pumpkin on a hot plate. This will melt the edges and help the pieces stick together.
Add the hot chocolate powder and mini marshmallows to one of the pumpkins, then sandwich the second half on top.
Melt in a mug of hot milk when youβre ready! (Make sure the milk is hot enough to form a skin)
