Halloween Witch Hats ✨🧙‍♀️ I saw louisianawoman1 make these and had to give them a try! They were so easy and taste like the end of a drumstick icecream! So yummy! Supplies: -sugar cones -Halloween gummies -ghirardelli dark chocolate, melted -chocolate chip cookies -sourbelts 1. Fill the cone with the gummies, then attach the open end to a chocolate chip cookie with a bit of melted chocolate. Allow it to set. 2. Place the “hat” on top of a cooling rack on top of a baking sheet and pour the melted dark chocolate over the hat. Allow the chocolate to set. 3.
