Peach Dump Cakes! These were so easy to make and absolutely my new favorite dessert! 🍑
Ingredients:
Fresh (or canned) peaches
Yellow cake mix
Unsalted butter
Cinnamon sugar
Place half a peach into a ramekin and sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar. Add a pat of butter and sprinkle on a generous amount of the yellow cake mix.
Cover the top with more butter and add an extra sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.
Place into the oven at 350F and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the peach has cooked and softened.
Serve warm with a scoop of ice-cream or whipped cream!
You could make this in a large baking dish instead of ramekins, just adjust the bake time accordingly.
