Melted Ice Cream Bark 🍦🍒 Set your chocolate bars on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. I used colored white chocolate and set in a bar mold for the pink chocolate. Place the baking tray into a preheated oven at 200F for about 5 minutes, or until completely the chocolate is melted. Run a toothpick through the chocolate to swirl the colors together. For a melted ice cream/Neapolitan ice cream look- I topped it with crushed peanuts, rainbow sprinkles, stroop wafel pieces, and glazed cherries. Place into the fridge until set, then break the chocolate into smaller pieces.
