#ad These cookie tarts are so much fun to make and the perfect treat for Mother’s Day! My daughter and I both had fun choosing the toppings and decorating it together! We used cherylscookies cookie dough and frosting which made the prep so quick and easy (no dishes YAY!) Heart Cookie Tart: - cherylscookies cookie dough - cherylscookies buttercream frosting -pink food coloring -favorite toppings (berries, flowers, chocolate etc) 1. Roll out the cookie dough between two pieces of parchment paper. Using a heart stencil cut out of card stock, outline and cut out two hearts. 2. Bake the cookies for 350F until the edges are just golden and allow to cool. 3. Color the buttercream pink and place into a piping bag with a round tip attached. Pipe dots of buttercream onto one of the cookies and sandwich the second on top. 4. Cover the top cookie in dots of buttercream and add an assortment of your favorite toppings.
