Santa Cupcakes 🎅🎄 Start by piping a mound of buttercream onto your cupcake and smoothing it out with an offset spatula. With a wilton 2A tip, pipe a zigzag of red buttercream upwards on the top third of the cupcake, pulling your tip down as you release pressure. Pipe a dot of white buttercream onto the top of Santa’s hat with a wilton #18 tip. Place a row of mini marshmallows along the base of Santa’s hat.
