Place two yellow mnms onto the green buttercream and pipe on some eyebrows and pupils with a Wilton no. 3 tip. With a Wilton 2A tip, pipe a smaller swirl on top of the green swirl using red buttercream. Pipe a border of white buttercream using a Wilton 18 tip along the base of the white buttercream, as well as a dot on the very top. Use short bursts while piping to create little “stars” with your buttercream.
