Galaxy Joy Sugar Cones with OREO! When I first saw these Joy Sugar Cones made with OREO cookie pieces, I instantly envisioned a sparkly galaxy theme. I first dipped these cones into chocolate ganache, added mini marshmallows and a drizzle of caramel inside. The galaxy “ice cream“ is actually colored edible cookie dough, which made the perfect topping and tasted amazing with the OREO flavored sugar cones!
