Great turnout today for the ribbon cutting for the K&T Trail Phase 2 extension of the Delaware River Trail and East Coast Greenway, creating a continuous 2 miles of trail in northeast Philly from the Frankford Boat Launch at Walbach Street to the Tacony Boat Launch at Princeton Avenue. The new trail segment opens more access to Lardner's Point Park right by the Taccony-Palmyra Bridge on the Delaware River waterfront.
