Save Analysis: Saving Shots Off of a Hitch
When a shooter hitches and then shoots, the tension the goalie feels as a a result of the hitch causes them to rush. Try approaching a hitch, followed by a shot, as two different shots. After the hitch, re-pad your feet to create equal balance and make moving to the ball easier. This easier movement will make seeing the ball much more manageable.
