Today on #NationalAdoptionDay I want to highlight a cute part in my new book…The Mermaid With No Tail. In my book, Tatiana’s parents are sea turtles. Just like Tatiana’s dad, my dad wears glasses too! Growing up my parents made me feel SO loved above all else and never made me feel like I wasn’t part of the family. I knew I was loved beyond words. My dad is the reason this book came to life. All thanks to my parents for always believing in me. Adoption is really hard, but it’s also really beautiful.
