"Hi everyone, if you don’t know me by now, I’m Luke Barr, NEFT’s Master Mixologist. If you’re wondering what the difference between a bartender and a mixologist is, it’s pretty simple. I like to joke that to become a mixologist, you just have to know enough about the craft to annoy bartenders. And to become a master mixologist, you have to annoy mixologists. I’ve been working with NEFT for a few years now, and it’s allowed me to really expand on my craft and create some incredible drinks. With NEFT, I’m not trying to cover up the vodka in a cocktail. I get to make really delicious, spirit-forward drinks that highlight NEFT’s distinct flavor and bouquet. Working as a bartender is kind of like getting to be both a mad scientist and an artist.
