JP’s handheld is dramatic and still plays with the physical comedy between AJ & Moose. It’s one of my favorite sequences we shot in the movie because of the pace it establishes being driven by both AJ & Moose who volley for control but fully know neither has any. It’s something we did a lot of throughout. Coming out of the car at the zoo parking lot, we shot gimbal and readyrig so I could run forward with the actors and still face the camera 90 degrees off my body.
