We believe in chefs collaborating with local farmers to support sustainability, and are proud to have our own Alicia Hinze’s cinnamon rolls showcased in the Farmer and the Chef cookbook along with other tempting recipes like this Gorkha Palace delicacy, which has developed a cult following at the Mill City Farmers’ Market in Minneapolis. All of these innovative recipes reflect Minnesota’s revered farm-to-table values.
