Congratulations to Chef Mike Rakun of Mill Valley Kitchen and Kadejan, Inc, who collaborated to create the Herb-Roasted Chicken with Farro Risotto recipe featured in The Farmer and the Chef Cookbook. We believe in chefs collaborating with local farmers to support sustainability, and are proud to have our own Alicia Hinze’s cinnamon rolls showcased in the Farmer and the Chef cookbook along with other tempting recipes like Chef Rakun’s golden Herb-Roasted Chicken brewed up with Farro Risotto—representing chef farmer collaborations. All of these recipes reflect Minnesota’s revered farm-to-table values.
