Brianna and Alicia discussed the impact of COVID-19 on Alicia’s plans for The Buttered Tin and on the restaurant industry in general.
Alicia explained how she balanced plans for her expansion to a second location with the challenges of maintaining her Lowertown restaurant through the pandemic. She also addressed employee compensation issues in the restaurant industry, and the steps she took to implement positive changes at The Buttered Tin as business returned to normal.
