Today we celebrate Chef Justin Sutherland, who rose to national prominence after an appearance on Bravo TV’s Top Chef and after winning an episode of Food Network’s Iron Chef. He opened Handsome Hog in Lowertown in 2015; it quickly gained a following for its rich and hearty Southern comfort food and extensive bourbon collection. Justin has relocated to our Cathedral Hill neighborhood, and we look forward to toasting his continued success at one of his beautiful courtyard tables this summer.
