Today’s Hall of Fame 2024 Inductee Spotlight is Enrique Bertran ’98. He is a graduate of fiucaplin , when it was the School of Journalism and Mass Communication, and has spent the last 27 years working in Spanish language sports television.     His career began at Univision Network as an editor for a sports newscast, and today he is the Director of Production at NBCUniversal’s Telemundo Deportes. Enrique leads a team of producers responsible for the network’s sports news programming, its Emmy-nominated Sunday Night Football NFL broadcasts, IndyCar racing, major horse races such as The Kentucky Derby, numerous golf tournaments, and for over 15 years produced Boxeo Telemundo, a live boxing series that yielded several future world champions! He has also produced countless interviews with sports stars such as Shaquille O’Neill and World Cup champion Megan Rapinoe.
