In order to be the best, you have to learn from the greats! Today FIU President Jessell and Dean Schriner, along with Director of fiucaplin Dr. Jacobson, was joined by 6x Emmy-award winning journalist and media expert lauriejenningslive as she visited our caplin.news broadcast studio during filming this morning. Afterwards, she had a sit down discussion with our students- giving lots of advice about being on-air professionals and navigating the industry. We’re thankful to have experts like Laurie visit as the next generation of 21st journalists and media professionals become career-ready ✨🎥📝 . . #FIU #FIUCARTA #CARTACreativeForcesAtWork #CARTALeads #Journalism #MediaStudies
