Join us Feb. 18-26 for the 8th annual Miami International GuitART Festival (MIGF) at the Florida International University Herbert and Nicole Wertheim School of Music & Performing Arts. The week-long event will feature concerts, a composition competition, lectures and masterclasses by industry-leading professionals. Festival concerts will include the world premiere of “Wynwood Walls” guitar concerto, which was commissioned by the MIGF through a grant from National Endowment for the Arts and will be performed by Associate Teaching Professor, soloist Mesut Özgen and the FIU Festival Orchestra conducted by Assistant Professor, Maestro Javier Mendoza.
