FIU School of Communication + Journalism Professor Marlon Quintero has been nominated for an “Outstanding Travel, Adventure and Nature Programme” Emmy for his show “Uncharted Adventure.” Produced by his company CIC Media for The Weather Channel, Quintero is both the founder and Managing Director of his Emmy-nominated company as well as a member of the FIU CARTA community. Quintero currently teaches as an adjunct professor for the Masters in Global Strategic Communications - Creative Track and receives rave reviews from the industry and students alike.
