We have access to stories at our fingertips but why do we choose to engage with the ones that we do? EMOTION. The definition of storytelling is the following. The vivid description of ideas, beliefs, personal experiences, and life- lessons through stories or narratives that evoke powerful emotions and insights. So what is the secret formula to a good story? Understanding YOU + Being AUTHENTIC = EFFECTIVE Storytelling Remember who you are and what you do are two separate things, so dig deeper.
