The Masjid Sultan Hanafi in Sayeda Zeinab, Cairo has a trap door in the floor leading to a water well. The keepers of the mosque say this well connects to an underground river that reaches all the way to Mecca so the water has the same taste and barraka as the Zam Zam water from within the Masjid al-Haram.
