Europe has entered into dozens of liquefied gas (LNG) contracts with the US, importing record amounts and impacting vulnerable communities along the Gulf Coast (Texas & Louisiana) with pollution and climate disasters.⁣ ⁣ European countries have banned fracking in many of their own lands and waters but continue to accept fracked gas that impacts vulnerable US communities and the rest of the world⁣ ⁣ This is climate injustice! No matter where it is sourced, transported, or used, #GasKills and we must rapidly break these LNG contracts and phase out fossil fuels globally to secure a liveable future. #BreakTheContracts⁣
