#DaunteWright's family and attorneys on Tuesday rejected the police explanation that his killing during a traffic stop could be blamed on an officer's accidental use of deadly force.⁠ ⁠ "An accident is knocking over a glass of milk. It's not an accident to take your gun out of the holster," Jeff Storms, one of the family's attorneys told reporters at a press conference in Minneapolis. "It's not an accident to point your gun.
