This past several weeks was a great time for me to reflect on home much karate means to me as an athlete.
One thing I can say is that competing, traveling, and meeting other karate athletes is a HUGE part of my life.
The long travels,

And the jitters you feel before stepping on the ring,
I miss everything about competing. I hope everything settles down soon.

この何週間、国際大会、そして試合がどれだけ自分の中で大きいものかが分かりました。
色々思う事はあるもの、自分の中で試合でベストを尽くす事が今、空手をやっていく上で大きな目標である事。
この時期、目標や、目的を失いつつあると思うけど、常に前を見て、自分を見失わずに頑張っていこう！
