Today, I attended a Bo seminar taught by Uemura sensei! Uemura sensei is a great instructor from Osaka and also a great WKf referee!
He taught three katas: Sandan no kon, shushi no kon dai, and Kubo no kon! It was great learning new katas from a different bo style! Thank you Uemura sensei for a great seminar!
I would also like to thank WKA (World Karaté academy) in Aichi for welcoming me to their awesome dojo! :) it felt great to step on a WKF approved mat! 😃
The seminar was 6 hours long but Action kept me hydrated the whole time! Thank you team_aminovital !
