This was by far, one of the best mosques I have been to so far! It was located in Abu Dhabi, about 2 hours away from Dubai. Some historical info: 1. It is the largest mosque in the country. Btw, the largest mosque on the world is the Imam Reza shrine in Iran. 2. It can hold about 40,000 worshippers, and 7000 in the main hall. 3. The floral design in the courtyard measures 17000 square meters, and is considered to be the largest marble mosaic in the world.
