15th place at Dubai! I felt great on the mat, but there are still more improvements to come! I’ll come back stronger in Salzburg!
The thing about kata competition, it’s a battle with one self on and off the mat. Regardless of the result, there is no time complain, and look back. If there are things that need to be changed, be smart and adjust. ADAPT. There are no wasted efforts. I’ll do whatever it takes to make myself a better competitor and karate-ka than before.

型の試合はとても主観的で改善点を見つけるのに選手みんな必死です。努力した事が報われない時が多々あります。でも無駄な努力は無い！ザルツブルクまで頑張ります！
