🥇First place at this years team trials! I qualified to compete at the Pan am championships in Costa Rica, and World championships in Dubai!
I want to thanks all the sensei’s who helped me with my katas, Amino Vital for keeping me hydrated, and Phiten for maintaining my physical health!
Last time I won my division was back in 2013. This 7 years was long... but I learned to never give up and trust my process. I’m really glad I trusted my senseis, training, and myself.

選考会で優勝する事ができました。パンアメリカンの大陸大会、そしてドバイの世界選手権の出場が決まりました。
7年ぶりの優勝。沢山悩んで、苦しみました。何事も諦めずに一つの事を頑張ったらこんなに嬉しい事があると感じた１日でした。自分と、自分の空手を信じて良かった。これから世界選手権まで悔いなく一生懸命練習します！
