Last training is done in Japan and I will be heading back to the USA tomorrow! Quick 4 day break then flying straight to Madrid for the last Premier League if the year! :) I learned a lot during my visit here in Japan, thank you to all the senseis who have helped me!
Every time I visit Japan I try to figure out what I need to improve on and learn different training methods to improve it.
Every training is a battle for me to face my mistakes and failures, but to also improve on what I am confident with. I focus on one thing at a time each training. Sometimes I only do one technique for multiple hours in hopes to improve my kata. Each technique I perform in the ring is the result of hard work! I can’t wait to come back again!
